As the Founder and Medical Director at New Definition Health, Dr. Francis is dedicated to delivering personalized, comprehensive, and evidence-based care to her patients.
Dr. Francis received her medical degree from The Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine where she graduated with Sigma Sigma Phi Honors. She then continued her training in internal medicine at the University of Illinois in Chicago at the Advocate Christ Medical Center and was distinguished as a Chief Resident. She then began her medical career in a large health system, where she quickly realized the existing system did not support the individualized and holistic approach to health she believed in. Driven by a desire to provide care that genuinely met her patients' needs, she established her own practice. Here, she combines cutting-edge medical research with her commitment to patient care, offering treatments that align with her philosophy of empowering each patient on their health journey.
Outside of her work, her hobbies include fashion, weight lifting, cooking from scratch, wondering the local Coconut Grove farmer's markets, reading (and listening to audiobooks), and spoiling her 2 German Shepherd Dogs.
