As the Founder and Medical Director of New Definition Health, Dr. Halley Francis is on a mission to empower patients to reclaim their vitality through her concierge hormone and wellness clinic. Drawing from her own fertility journey and a deep passion for bridging gaps in health, she delivers empathetic, evidence-based care that integrates hormone therapy, nutrition, behavioral health, and strength training—focusing on menopause, perimenopause, weight loss, longevity, sexual health and overall wellbeing without the constraints of insurance bureaucracy or pharmaceutical agendas.
Dr. Francis earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with Sigma Sigma Phi Honors. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago's Advocate Christ Medical Center, where she distinguished herself as Chief Resident. Early in her career at a large health system, she recognized the limitations of conventional medicine in providing truly individualized, holistic support. Inspired to create change, she founded New Definition Health—a virtual-first practice where cutting-edge research meets genuine patient empowerment, helping women work with their bodies to achieve sustainable wellness and confidence.
Beyond her practice, Dr. Francis embodies the balanced life she advocates: lifting weights for strength, crafting nutritious meals from scratch, exploring Coconut Grove's vibrant farmer's markets, diving into books and audiobooks for mental nourishment, and cherishing time with her two beloved family—all while indulging her love for fashion and beauty.
